"Following is my endorsement for work completed for me by LakeCountry Construction & Contour, LLC. My lakeside lot has benefitted from their expertise over the years. The original small cabin, grounds, and deck / stairway access to the lake were achieved effectively and with structural integrity. All projects have benefitted from the on-going maintenance and upgrades provided by Jim Tracy (an original founder of the company) and his dedicated and skillful crew.

Most recently an upgrade to grounds and lake access were undertaken. “Having lived in my house for 34 years with no significant basement water issues, I was not prepared for the water which flooded my basement when there was significant rain and or snow melt this past year. I sought a resolution for this from various water solution experts. I felt frustrated with the conflicting opinions and lack of local resources to definitively define and deal with the problem. Fortunately I remembered LakeCountry Construction & Contour with whom I had worked with on another project. They responded quickly to my call, came and assessed the problem and presented a complete plan handling all facets of the work so that I did not have to engage in extensive preparation on my own.
